At Lite Bites, every snack is handcrafted in small batches and carefully packed to ensure freshness, quality, and above all—safety for you and your loved ones. We stand behind our commitment to transparency and trust with our Certified Food by Tanya pledge: a promise that what you’re enjoying meets our highest standards for allergen-aware preparation.

Because of the sensitive nature of our products—and in line with food safety best practices—we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any item that has been opened.

That said, your experience means everything to us. If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or doesn’t meet expectations, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Our team will gladly review the issue and work with you to make it right.
